By continuously refining systems and providing strategic support, Shea plays a key role in maximizing agent success and driving The Coalition’s long-term growth.

Chief Experience Officer

As Chief Experience Officer, Mike ensures that agents, clients, and partners enjoy a seamless, high-quality experience with The Coalition from first contact to long-term relationship. He oversees the full agent lifecycle — from onboarding and training to ongoing support and retention — while ensuring every interaction reflects the organization’s premium standards. Mike develops and curates high-impact training materials, sales tools, and client-facing resources that empower agents to perform at their best. He collaborates closely with marketing to shape and maintain a strong, consistent brand presence, producing campaigns and content that reinforce trust, credibility, and value. Dedicated to agent engagement, he drives recognition programs, performance spotlights, and community-building initiatives that inspire loyalty and peak performance. John Ziller

Training and Sales Consultant

John Ziller plays a key role in building and strengthening our agent force. With a focus on both recruitment and performance development, John helps ensure every agent is equipped with the tools, strategies, and mindset needed to thrive. John brings a hands-on approach to agent success — from onboarding new recruits to coaching experienced agents on advanced sales techniques and compliance best practices. He delivers impactful training programs that drive measurable improvements in production, retention, and client satisfaction. John also plays a strategic role in attracting high-quality talent and fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence.

Jessica Ziller

Director of Compliance & Operations

With a passion for precision and a commitment to excellence, Jessica Ziller serves as the backbone of our day-to-day operations. As Director of Compliance & Operations, she ensures every aspect of our IMO runs smoothly, from onboarding new agents to maintaining full compliance with state and federal insurance regulations. Known for her ability to combine operational efficiency with a people-first approach, Jessica also manages SureLC contracting- guiding agents from their welcome email through contract approval, hierarchy setup, commission structure, and ongoing support. Her dedication helps our organization not only meet industry standards but exceed them, creating an environment where agents can thrive and clients can be confident they’re in capable hands.

Tammi Montgomery

Director of Operations & Onboarding

Tammi Montgomery ensures every new agent’s journey with our IMO is smooth, efficient, and fully supported. She oversees onboarding, licensing, and contracting with multiple carriers—making sure agents are set up to start producing quickly. As the primary contact for agent questions, technical issues, and commission matters, Tammi keeps operations running seamlessly so agents can focus on building their business. She manages SureLC accounts, processes agent transfers, resolves commission issues, and coordinates directly with carriers to handle contracting, hierarchy, and compliance updates. Tammi’s mission is to keep the business running without missing a beat. She works with leadership to solve problems quickly, align staff and agents with company goals, and maintain strong carrier relationships—ensuring every agent has the systems, tools, and support they need to thrive.
